In the European Union:
5–14 business days

International shipments:
7–20 business days

In the European Union: 7–18 business days
International orders: 9–25 business days

5. Delivery prices

The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout according to:

  • parcel size and weight;
  • applied delivery method.

6. Order tracking

Once an order is shipped, the customer receives an email with tracking information (if tracking is available for the selected delivery method).

7. Delayed delivery

If delivery fails due to the customer's fault (unclaimed parcel, incorrect data, etc.), JUST RISE reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-shipment.


10. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel was delivered damaged or did not reach the recipient within an unusually long period, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.
