RETURN POLICY

JUST RISE strives to ensure the highest quality of customer service. If the purchased item did not suit you, you can exercise your right to return goods according to the conditions specified below.
1. Return period
The buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods.
After this period, returns may not be accepted, except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect.
2. Condition of returned goods
Returned goods must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- undamaged;
- in original packaging;
- with all original tags;
- without loss of commercial appearance.
JUST RISE reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if it is determined that the item was used or damaged due to the customer's fault.
3. Return procedure
To return an item, customers must contact us by email:
The email must include:
- order number;
- first and last name;
- reason for return;
- the item being returned.
Further return instructions will be provided in response to your inquiry.
4. Refund
After confirming the return and receiving the item, refunds are processed within 5-14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund period may depend on the payment service provider.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases where:
- an incorrect item was delivered;
- the item was defective;
- the item was damaged during delivery.
6. Defective or incorrectly delivered items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
In such cases, JUST RISE covers all costs associated with exchange or return.
